There is ample room for an extended family reunion or party, or for two families - as well as cozy niches for the most romantic evening alone. The swing under cover downstairs makes a great place to watch the sunset or to sit and listen to the surf. The patio provides a good location to set up a kids wading pool. The house is just a short walk to a beautiful secluded beach. Shangri-La offers gulf view from the upstairs where you watch the waves while you eat breakfast or grill the perfect steak on the spacious balcony. An easy walk for great seafood at Goatfeathers on Scenic 30-A.

For the extended family this house will sleep up to 20 people in three king-size bedrooms. Two bedrooms with three twins in each room, three sleeper sofas, four and one half baths, and a living, dining and kitchen area on each level. Shangri-La can rent as a half house which sleeps eight people in two king- size bedrooms and three and half bathrooms all on the upper level with access to the living, dining, and kitchen area on both levels. The full house rents for $1800 per week (plus tax) from Saturday to Saturday. The half house is offered for $975 per week (plus tax) from Saturday to Saturday. We require a $400 security deposit and 50% deposit of the rental fee within 10 days of your booking and the other 50% to be paid within 10 days prior to arrival date. There is a cancellation fee of $600 unless we can rent the house for the time you booked. In the event that the house is rebooked for that time then we charge a only a $200 handling fee.
